TAKARA - Shipping Policy

We know you’re excited to receive your Takara order, and we’re committed to getting it to you efficiently and safely!

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays observed in, Maharashtra.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders using reputable courier partners to ensure reliable delivery across India. .
Currently, we offer Standard Shipping. Expedited shipping options are not available at this time.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders.
If any charges applied it will be clearly communicated to you during the checkout process before you confirm your payment.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is processed and shipped (within the 2-3 business days mentioned above), delivery within India typically takes an additional 3-7 business days.
Therefore, the total estimated time from placing your order to receiving it is approximately 8-10 business days.
Please note that these are estimates. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier partner efficiency, and factors beyond our control (such as weather conditions, operational delays, or peak seasons like festivals).

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package online via the courier partner's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

7. Shipping Address

Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including PIN code and a valid contact number. Takara is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Delays & Communication

While we strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays can occasionally occur. If there is a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you via email and keep you informed.
