1. INTRODUCTION

1.2 By placing an order, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us.

1.3 All products are sold for personal use only.

1.4 This contract is available in English only.

2. ORDERING

2.1 To shop, you must register with accurate, up-to-date details. Keep your login information secure.

2.2 Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. Orders are placed only after checkout is completed.

2.3 Once you place your order and payment is made, we’ll send you an email acknowledging receipt.

2.4 We reserve the right to cancel your order for reasons including:
• Product unavailability
• Payment issues
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Exceeding item limits

2.5 A legally binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order and prepare it for dispatch.

3. DELIVERY

3.1 Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

3.2 Estimated delivery timelines are provided in your confirmation email. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3.3 All deliveries require a signature. Once signed for, the order is considered delivered.

3.4 If no one is available to accept the delivery, please contact us to arrange a reattempt.

3.5 If delivery is not successful within 14 days:
• We’ll notify you
• Cancel the order
• Issue refund

3.6 Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery.

4. PAYMENT

4.1 We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Electron, and PayPal.

4.2 All payments are securely processed. We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your payment details.

4.3 All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes and duties for delivery within India.

4.4 If an item is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you for further instructions.

5. PRODUCT DETAILS

5.1 Minor variations in color, size, and finish may occur due to screen settings and handcrafted elements.

5.2 Product packaging may differ slightly from what is shown online.

6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

6.1 Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping is not available yet.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

7.1 We accept returns only for damaged or faulty items.

7.2 Notify us at team.takarajewellery@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Items must be issued for return within 7 days.

7.3 Returns for size or personal preference are not acceptable.

7.4 If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund.

7.5 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our part.

8. DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

8.1 Discounts apply only to specific products. Sale items are not eligible for price adjustments.

8.2 Promo codes cannot be combined or redeemed for cash and must be used within the stated validity period.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT

9.1 All text, images, logos, and designs on this website are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9.2 We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all content is error-free or virus-free. Please use up-to-date antivirus protection when browsing online.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Any amount exceeding the value of your order

13.2 These terms are governed by Indian law and fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
